We are seeking an experienced & visionary Associate Director of Online Marketing to lead our online acquisition efforts across paid digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong analytical acumen with a deep understanding of creative optimisation & the evolving power of AI-driven automation. You will be a key driver of scalable growth & help Factor become the most trusted nutrition brand in Europe.

What youll do
- Lead strategy, execution, & optimisation of digital performance campaigns (e.g. Search, Social, Display, Video) across multiple European markets.
- Drive creative strategy in collaboration with brand & design teams to produce high-performing, locally resonant ad assets test, iterate, & scale based on performance insights.
- Leverage AI tools & automation platforms to brief/produce content, streamline workflows, enhance targeting, & maximise ROI.
- Work with high-performing teams of channel managers & specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, & continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with Data, CRM, Product, & Brand to align online marketing with broader customer lifecycle goals.
- Translate campaign results into actionable insights & present learnings regularly to leadership stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate new channels, tools, & automation opportunities to stay ahead in the dynamic digital marketing landscape.
What youll bring
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven leadership in a fast-paced DTC or e-commerce environment.
- Strong track record managing paid media budgets & scaling customer acquisition efficiently.
- Deep experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, & programmatic platforms.
- Proficiency in AI-powered marketing tools & creative automation platforms.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in on data & zoom out to vision.
- Passion for data-informed storytelling & testing-led growth.
- Strong project management & cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
