The Client Solutions team owns our client relationships, leading communication of Keplers strategic guidance & ensuring that internal teams meet & exceed clients' goals. Theyre home to ad operations, campaign project management, & overarching client planning.

The Amazon Client Solutions Manager in Costa Rica will be a leader on client relationships in Mexico, & potentially Brazil. In this critical role, youll be responsible for understanding clients business issues & goals, becoming the trusted go to person for clients. Youll succeed as an Amazon CSM if you have exceptional communication & quantitative skills, & are a creative problem solver with a deep understanding of todays digital ecosystem.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; escalate, track & solve client issues
  • Partner with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, & competitive constraints
  • Be an expert in leveraging Amazon Ads media channels (DSP & Sponsored Ads) for maximum impact including display (programmatic), mobile, search, & online video, among others
  • Develop thoughtful campaign design & setup including media strategy, media buying & ad operations - & oversee reporting & analytics for assigned clients
  • Monitor & manage all aspects of client campaign performance
  • Lead client strategy & status meetings
  • Liaise with US Amazon team for campaign support, in addition to Campaign Operations teams for ad operations support

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent Spanish & English speaker, fluent Portuguese optional but preferable
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, marketing strategy/consulting, or brand management
  • Experience with marketing campaign design, campaign management, & analysis
  • Amazon or Search experience preferred, but not required. Ability to ramp up
  • quickly on Amazon Search/DSP
  • Ability to apply think critically & independently to solve complex client marketing challenges
  • Strong ability to create, build & leverage relationships
  • Ability to lead day-to-day client relations, & work with management & multifunctional teams to respond to client needs
  • Excellent listening, written & verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills; ability to prioritize & meet deadlines
  • Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
