As a Staff Content Designer on our team at HelloFresh, youll be instrumental in creating customer-centered experiences that convert prospects into loyal customers. Youll work closely with cross-functional teamsProduct, Design, Engineering, & Datato drive initiatives within the activation & conversion funnels. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation, giving you the chance to shape the future of customer acquisition.

- Enhance conversion experiences: Craft intuitive, seamless copy that communicates HelloFreshs value, helping customers feel confident & informed.
- Lead experimentation & insights: Collaborate on A/B testing & use data insights to refine & personalize content across the customer journey.
- Champion UX writing standards: Ensure consistent, engaging communication by championing HelloFreshs tone of voice & style guidelines across touchpoints.
- Define content strategy & systems: Develop content frameworks, modular systems, & service levels to support diverse product needs, balancing speed with quality.
- Collaborate for customer-centric outcomes: Partner with UX Research, Product, & Engineering to validate copy & turn insights into actionable content strategies.
- Support multi-brand communication: Tailor content for HelloFreshs different brands, ensuring messages resonate with distinct audiences & drive conversions.
- All other duties, as assigned
Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field, ideally focused on conversion, growth, or engagement content. Bonus points for experience with localization, foundations, accessibility, or content quality assurance.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric content for digital products; experience in e-commerce or subscription models is a plus
- Proven ability to lead & innovate in content strategy & content systems for scalable impact
- Excellent communication skills & attention to detail, with an eye for upholding brand standards
- Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, & iterative design processes to optimize the user experience
- Fluency in English, along with proficiency in design tools like Figma & familiarity with agile environments.
