As a Business Analyst working on our Business Analytics & Business Intelligence team in Gurgaon, India, you will work closely with to support our global Business Analytics team to create data driven solutions, extract & visualize data from large volumes of data & analyze our clients' performance to ensure they are hitting/exceeding their KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Business Analytics JIRA queue & create reports using the analytics developed reporting tools
• Respond using complex data pulling, development & scheduling of internal automatic alerts, and/or client facing automatic reports 
• Partner with regional Business Analyst & Revenue Operations teams to better understand the needs & translate them into actionable requests
• Provide comprehensive, region focused, business analysis, based on past & present data, including performance & root-cause analysis.
• Work with data from multiple sources, including Vertica, Big Query & potentially other sources like CRM
• Gather data & clean as necessary
• Analyze data for report creation
• Maintain & update existing reports as directed by the Business Analytics team and/or Account Managers
• Collaborate with BI Operations team on complex data requests & ensure data integrity
• Document reporting processes & procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on reporting & data analysis.
• Strong analytical, data analysis & problem-solving skills
• Experience working with SQL & BI tools, e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Exceptional ability to understand data & to transform it into actionable business insights
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as on a team
• Experience working in an offshore environment supporting global team is a plus

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

• Serve as the Business Analytics point of contact & 1st level support for ad-hoc reporting requests
• Answer stakeholders reporting requests by using complex data pulling, development & scheduling of client facing automated reports, as well as automated alerts.
• Provide data & reporting support to our revenue operations team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, to support data-driven decision making.
• Provide comprehensive, region focused, business analysis, based on past & present data, including performance & root-cause analysis.
