About The Team: This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient & accurate movement & replenishment of stock within our production facility. As a SME, you will lead & manage a team of Stock Movement Shift Managers, Supervisors & Controllers while optimising automation processes. You will also collaborate with global teams to address & resolve automation issues, ensuring an uninterrupted supply chain & timely delivery of meal kits to our customers.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead & Develop high performing teams, Foster a collaborative & positive culture across shifts by implementing development plans, providing regular feedback, & role-modelling HelloFresh values.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Leverage data-driven insights to identify & implement process improvements in automation & inventory management, ensuring efficient stock movement & minimal downtime.
- Monitor & Anticipate Inventory Needs: Use automation tools to predict changes in demand, ensuring timely replenishment & avoiding inventory imbalances.
- Champion Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead initiatives that enhance stock movement efficiency, reduce waste, & improve accuracy, empowering team members to contribute ideas & solutions.
- Manage Risk & Escalate Appropriately: Quickly identify potential risks within inventory & supply chain processes, implementing mitigation strategies & escalating issues as needed.
- Track & Act on Performance Metrics: Use KPIs & data analytics to monitor team performance, identifying trends & taking corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
- Effectively coordinating the replenishment service & support functions so that operations run smoothly.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience as an Automation SME, ideally with expertise in replenishment systems or similar automated processes.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools, technologies, & troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proven experience in replenishment planning, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software & tools, along with advanced Excel skills.
- Understanding of supply chain principles, including demand forecasting, inventory control, & logistics
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams & external partners.
- Strong leadership & team management skills, with the ability to motivate & develop a team.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
