THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for contributing to the evolution of MPOWERs brand through visually compelling design elements. The ideal candidate will be able to develop & maintain the design systems & ensure consistency across all digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Designing & creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, & user flows to effectively communicate interaction & design ideas while iterating designs based on feedback, A/B testing, user testing, & emerging design trends
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, to understand project requirements & translate them into intuitive & visually appealing user interfaces
• Conducting user research & usability testing to gather feedback & enhance user experience
• Staying regularly updated on industry trends & best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine arts, or any related design field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in the design industry as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise
• Proficiency in design & prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles & best practices
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

A passion for financial inclusion & access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones & locations!

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles & responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, & 80-20 everything.
