The role

As a Senior Creative Operations & Planning Analyst, you will join the Global Brand team who produces the majority of creative assets for the HelloFresh Group across international markets & a wide range of formats, from TV commercials to in-app messages. As a data- & operations enthusiast, you will track & report on the operational performance across multiple teams, analyze processes & provide recommendations for improvements to leadership.

What youll do

• Analyze creative processes & develop recommendations for improvements to senior leaders
• Build meaningful & actionable reports on operational KPIs of creative teams
• Develop frameworks for resource-planners to forecast demand & efficiently allocate resource
• Influence annual resource- & headcount planning based through demand forecasting
• Improve data structures in existing project- & process management tools to improve overall data quality
• Collaborate with a wide range of marketing- & creative specialists

What youll bring

• You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• You have exceptional analytical skills & a genuine passion for leveraging data to innovate effective solutions that address business objectives
• You are an excellent communicator & can tailor your communication- & presentation style to a diverse audience, from creative specialists to senior business leaders
• You bring experience to analyze & contextualize data-structures & -sets that lack consistency & feel comfortable using both quantitative & qualitative data to provide impactful recommendations
• You are detail-oriented & possess strong organizational skills & consistently demonstrate a methodical approach to all your work
• You are experienced with project- & process management tools such as JIRA & AirTable
• You are a self-driven & autonomous individual
• You have a keen interest in working in a creative environment with creative colleagues
