The role

For our international & fast growing Growth team in Berlin, we are looking for a senior Influencer Marketing Manager to drive further growth across the entire group, while also helping the team scale their global strategy. 

As the owner of our global influencers, you will be owning a robust portfolio of global agencies & influencers & will be responsible for overall customer growth through channel innovation & optimisation. You will be using your vast knowledge of the local influencer landscape & our customer insights to drive a targeted approach to acquisition campaigns & help improve the overall ROI of the channel across multiple markets & brands. You will also be responsible for the optimisation & diversification of global agencies & influencers. 

You will report directly to the Global Associate Director of Influencer Marketing.

What youll do

• Serve as the primary owner of multiple top-notch global agencies & influencers, setting up strategy focused on customer acquisition & retention 
• Be hands-on & manage influencer performance global campaigns from beginning to end with large budget management, which includes: 
• Identify, select, & reach out to suitable global talents & agencies to work with in our campaigns
• Negotiate & maintain long term collaborations with our influencers & agencies
• Create briefs, approve content, & set up a clear activation plan for the campaign
• Observe & analyze industry trends in order to build up our long term influencer channel strategy
• Take a strategic & analytical approach to manage the channel to meet CAC, ROI, & budget goals
• Take an active role in the global project pipeline to ensure that our central influencer strategy participate & benefit as much as possible from new developments
• Take a critic view on the current setup of the program & actively propose strategic changes in favor of ROI
• Be a respectable leader & work in collaboration with the entire local & global influencer managers to make sure that our central campaigns have as much reach & impact as possible

What youll bring

• You have at least 3-4 year of experience as influencer marketing manager 
• You have an understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including recent industry trends & knowledge of the global celebrity & influencer scene
• You have Strong negotiation skills & experience dealing with complex agencies & large budgets 
• You are data driven & have strong Excel/Google Sheet skills 
• You have strong relationship management skills 
• You are highly self motivated individual with a hands-on mentality
• Requirement: Full proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
