Arbol is seeking a VP of Trade Operations! You will be a key leader of the operations team supporting & improving our agricultural & energy derivative trade processes, data management, reporting & portfolio management. As the subject-matter expert, coordination & communication with internal & external stakeholders will be key. This is a mid-senior level role that will grow alongside Arbol with significant potential to build & manage a team.
Responsibilities include leading & managing operational process implementation & ongoing improvements for all lifecycle stages of weather & commodity index trades. Administering & delivering supporting credit documentation, & all other support activities inherent in weather & commodity index trades. Performing periodic reviews of operational processes & developing & implementing improvements.
