About the Role 

iCapital isseekinga highly motivated Technical Product Manager to join our Platform Data Operations team in Operations Product. The Operations Product team is responsible for utilizing the latest technologies to bring the highest level of efficiencies across a wide range of core business processes across iCapital. We strive to solve the most complex problems with real impact to business operation costs, with a vision towards driving revenue with packaged technology product solutions across the alternatives industry.  

This role will cultivate a deep understanding of the U.S.wealthmanagement industry & the way that our technology is developed to scale the distribution of alternative products.Thispositionwill have the opportunity towork directly with our clients to solve fun & complex industry-wideissues, spanning across several various alternative investmentproduct.Additionally get the opportunity to work with a cross section of iCapital Business professionals to implement new reporting & business intelligence dashboards to drive mission critical decision making & insights across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, & Executive Management. 

Responsibilities 

• Understand customer needs by carefully listening to & analyzing client feedback. 
• Work directly with clients to deploy integrated technology solutions to the desktops of financial advisors. 
• Develop a solid understanding of the U.S.wealthmanagement industry & make prioritization recommendations, grounded in knowledge of our industry & our clients. 
• Find scalable solutions that meet a new business opportunity or address feedback received. 
• Acquiredata from primary or secondary data sources andmaintaindatabasesanddata systems. 
• Own & drive strategic growth initiatives for the company. 
• Perform root cause analysis of any data discrepancy. 
• Manage technical considerations, working closely withtheengineering team to deliver solutions to complex problems. 
• Operate within an agile development framework. 
• Gather requirements, design solutions & help drive implementation of new reporting 
• Work closely with our Engineering, Product, Architecture & business teams across the firm to form a thorough understanding of our evolving data model 

Qualifications 

• Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years of previous work experience in a data related role 
• Technical degree background (math, computer science, engineering, management information systems) a plus 
• Experience with SQL or any other database language 
• Able to work with external & internal stakeholders directly, taking away feedback to constantly improve our platform
• Previousexperience in financial services and/or financial technology
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities & meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Understandthe different components of the technology stack for a cloud-basedapplication preferred
• Proven ability tooperatewithin the fast-paced nature of a growth company
• Strong communications skills & the ability to liaise between senior business & technical engineering professionals
• Familiarity with understanding of data modeling, relational databases, conceptual & physical data models
• Experience working with data & reporting solutions
