Manager / Senior Manager - Global Culinary Strategy 

What youll do

This role is a high-impact opportunity for a culinary project management expert to drive strategic, global improvements by managing & operationalizing the Culinary Strategy Roadmap. You will be responsible for: 

• Drive scalability & standardization of culinary & product operations processes across markets to foster efficiencies.
• Act as the culinary expert, advising on strategic product development & operationalizing menu architecture guidance into concrete delivery roadmaps for local teams.
• Lead & manage Culinary process improvement initiatives, creating a cross-market roadmap to increase productivity of Local Culinary teams, identifying & influencing the implementation of winning tools & best practices (including GenAI).

• Act as the international contact for culinary teams in local markets, collaborating & building strong relationships between international & local teams to facilitate knowledge sharing & ensure cross-market adoption of global initiatives. 

• Collaborate with tech teams to deliver improvements on internal recipe writing systems, customer facing solutions & standardization of data bases across markets.

What youll bring

• A Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 3-6 years experience within food, such as food product development, operations or project management, able to work autonomously
• Great organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously & meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Decent analytical skills, ability to work with Google Sheets/Slides & to use Tableau for data-driven decision making, proficient AI skills
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Team player, able to thrive in a large international organization & to manage & influence key stakeholders across functions & markets
