Position Overview

DV is looking for a Team Lead, Product who comes from a highly technical background, has excellent verbal & communication skills, & is able to autonomously prioritize & make decisions that have implications on DV products.

In this position, you will lead the future development of DVs Performance Measurement technologies, collaborating with engineering, analytics, data scientists, architects, & other product managers to align on product requirements & successfully develop & launch new features.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage development from concept ideation to product release: perform research, develop requirements, & ensure delivery while working on critical efforts at a fast pace
  • Create product documentation for internal & external customers
  • Collaborate internally with other product & engineering teams to break down complex systems & processes so they can be easily understood
  • Assess & address technical risks alongside engineering to ensure the long-term success of the product & the teams ability to deliver results
  • Understand & analyze data pipelines, calculations, algorithms, & technical systems
  • Identify areas where we can intelligently combine big data & machine learning within the Performance Measurement product
  • Define product & testing acceptance criteria
  • Lead & mentored other product managers to successfully execute product initiatives

Who you are

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle & a track record of shipping software on time
  • Experience with data analysis using tools like Python or R, statistics, modeling, SQL & presentations; communicating & influencing through large data sets
  • Experience managing the development & release of products in a fast-paced but coordinated manner
  • Organized with rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, & positive attitude

Nice to have

  • B.A. /B.S. or equivalent/higher level of education in Computer Science or a related technical field is strongly preferred
  • AdTech/MarTech or related areas with a strong understanding of the online advertising industry, ad tech platforms, & relevant metrics preferred
  • Passion & desire to play a key role in driving transparency & quality in advertising performance
