The Junior Air Vehicle Operator serves as a crewmember or ground support personnel for V-BAT flight operations teams of various specialties. They perform basic ground & flight operations functions, assist with planning & execution of off-site operations, & provide general support to the subject matter experts on the team. They may serve as Aircraft Operators or Safety Pilots given their skill level, attributes, & ability to achieve operator qualifications.
