About The Team:
As an Partnership & Affiliate Manager UK/IE you will be part of exciting new growth of the partnerships channel within the HelloFresh Group. We are building up a strong team to support this growth, giving you the opportunity to manage direct partnerships & our affiliate programs for our two meal kit brands in the UK. You will project manage affiliate campaigns that will drive our performance & expand our portfolio. You will also develop existing direct partnerships in the assigned country & collaborate closely with the local & global Growth Partnerships teams. To succeed in this role, youll need experience & a proven track record in the affiliate industry, with a passion for forming professional relationships & an innovative approach to optimizing business opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Have full responsibility over the campaign management within the UK & IE markets direct strategic partnerships, affiliate programs & B2B partners, managing live campaigns, partner retention, & performance
• Work on multiple initiatives for delivering business goals, & ensuring maximum ROI from your partnerships & affiliate budget. Examples of initiatives include adjustment of discount & payout structure, creative strategy, campaign/investment optimization & more.
• Full ownership of tools such as Impact Radius to track performance
• Management of direct partners & agencies & being able to build strong relationships with both to ensure seamless campaigns with great results, strong partner retention & new business from agencies
• Be the primary contact & support for our strategic direct & affiliate partners in the UK & IE for our HelloFresh & Green Chef brands
• Harness your data-driven mindset to optimize partner performance/campaigns, troubleshoot challenges, & identify opportunities for improvement & growth
• Create forecasts for your portfolio & track key account metrics to prepare & present regular performance analysis & insights
• Works across the business with local & global teams (marketing, analytics, product, & brand) to improve HelloFresh marketing efforts

Who You Are:

• Experience in the online marketing industry, ideally in affiliate marketing & a campaign/project manager skillset
• Equipped with a good knowledge of the UK affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies & platforms, & well as reporting dashboards such as Tableau, Impact Radius
• Proficient English in written & spoken form, other languages will be a plus
• Experience with App affiliate marketing will be a big plus
• A critical thinker with strong analytical & organizational skills, able to work independently & prioritize with determination & ambition
• Adept at rapidly understanding business needs & crafting solutions
• A confident communicator & presenter who is keen on using data to support your perspectives
• Able to articulate challenges & problems & then move swiftly to problem solving
• A culture fit; you are professional, passionate, collaborative & hungry to learn
• A driver of change & someone who breaks down barriers
• Excited by ambitious targets & energized by rising to challenges
• Able to move fast individually, but understand that building good processes can help everyone move faster
• Experience with analytics & reporting is a plus, namely Google Analytics, Tableau, & SQL

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 50/50 remote working & flexible start/finish times (role
dependent)
