About The Team:
The role of the Team Leaders, is responsible for overseeing an area of the production process during the shift, leading a team of operatives to ensure that the KPIs & our Customer expectations are met in full & on time. You will collaborate closely with other departments to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards of health & safety & food safety & quality standards.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading a team of colleagues on the shift to ensure that the shift KPIs are met in full & on time
- Fostering a positive work environment that promotes productivity, teamwork, & employee engagement
- Schedule & assign tasks to team members, monitoring their performance, & providing constructive feedback
- Dealing with day to day queries from Colleagues liaising with HR, Training Teams as required
- Maintain up to date & accurate records (including computerised/digital) on production, food safety data & analyse this data to identify trends, problems & opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring that Food Safety & Health & Safety standards are met & sustainably maintained
Who You Are:
- Proven managerial experience in a manufacturing or distribution centre environment
- Practical knowledge & experience in a fast paced operational environment
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- The ability to build a strong sense of team ownership & maintain a high level of morale in the workplace

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD
Shift Pattern: Friday - Monday (6:30am - 6:30pm)
