Scandit is seeking a Global Customer Senior Marketing Manager responsible for engaging, educating & celebrating Scandits growing customer base to support our retention & customer growth goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating targeted programs, resources & events designed specifically for Scandits Enterprise customers. 

What You Will Do:

  • Develop & execute targeted customer focused campaigns, events & webinars to both educate & engage Scandit Enterprise customers, aligned to our key verticals - as part of the global customer marketing strategy. 
  • Work cross functionally with the global customer account management team, customer success, solution consultants, product marketing, advocacy & other supporting marketing functions to execute customer campaigns - with a priority on customer retention & generating upsell pipeline.
  • Work with customer sales teams & product marketing to understand customer product adoption & create a marketing plan to increase product usage. 
  • Support the eNPS process by developing customer marketing initiatives that target & engage customers by score (focusing on highest & lowest engaged) 
  • Work with the global content marketing & digital operations team to develop customer focused educational content & drip campaigns
  • Align & work closely with the customer advocacy team to support the case study process & turn testimonials into Voice of the Customer marketing campaigns
  • Survey customers on what type of content would be useful to them. Use findings to guide strategic direction & distribution of customer/product content
  • Work with the marketing operations team to optimize each customer marketing touchpoint using data to measure renewal rates, product adoption & eNPS score
  • Understand Scandit value proposition & messaging, adopting it for local markets & customer activities as needed.

Who You Are:

  • 5-10 years of enterprise marketing experience with a strong customer focus, preferably in a SaaS or other IT business, across multiple US regions.
  • Extensive knowledge & experience with customer advocacy & customer marketing execution tactics, including account based marketing.
  • Experience working closely with sales & business development teams, ability to partner with & provide guidance on customer marketing best practices. 
  • The ability to grasp technical & product concepts & translate product features & functionality into digestible customer benefits.
  • A friendly & approachable manner that makes it easy to establish rapport with customers & internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to build impactful integrated marketing programs driving customer engagement, education & upsell pipeline.
  • Passion to learn about customers & their relevant industry trends aligned to Scandits business.
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to make decisions.
  • Objectives-driven, with commitment to deliver against pipeline targets.
  • Passion & commitment to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture of innovation, collaboration & quality of execution.
