We are looking for a Team Lead of Affiliates & Partnerships for our ambitious, fast growing team in The Netherlands, working in the Growth Marketing team.
As a Team Lead of Affiliate & Partnership Marketing HelloFresh Benelux, you will be the final owner of the HelloFresh partnership strategy & performance in Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg, across the family of our HelloFresh brands portfolio & all partner types.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded & numbers focused, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder & can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow & innovate. Your ability to open doors & achieve sales targets will be key in accelerating HelloFresh market penetration by finding & sustaining great partnerships.
This is how youll make an impact
- Translate wide business strategy into a holistic local partnership strategy focusing on partnerships & affiliate marketing, collaborating closely with relevant cross functional senior stakeholder
- Own the delivery of affiliate & partnership growth strategy for HelloFresh Benelux, for HelloFresh, GreenChef & Factor
- Manage the team of 4 strong BD & AM partnership experts, help your team grow towards one of the top teams in Europe
- Have ownership of your partnership pipeline execution & building a plan towards hitting conversion & revenue targets
- Oversee the business proposals & sales tactics used to acquire new partners
- Manage seven digit budget on monthly basis against defined growth & ROI targets
- Build forecasts & track named strategic partners KPIs
- Oversee & lead strategic conversations & relationships with local vendors & key partners in the portfolio
- Harness your data-driven mindset as well as industry expertise for the identification of new growth levers & channel development tactics
- Work on numerous strategic initiatives in the partnership field together with our analytics, tech & design teams located centrally
- Develop & manage scale high volume key partners pipelines to recruit onto our established partnerships program as well as represent HelloFresh in key strategic partnerships
- Auditing & improving team performance, reporting to senior internal stakeholders
These are the ingredients youll bring to the team
- Affiliate BD expert with 5+ years experience in the affiliate/online partnerships industry
- An experienced leader with 2+ years experience in people management
- Equipped with a profound knowledge of the global partnership/affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies & platforms
- Have a sound understanding of any of the common affiliate platforms, ideally Impact or familiarity with AWIN, Tradedoubler, Tradetracker, Rakuten, Partnerize, CJ.
- A very strong analytical thinker who likes solving difficult problems
- A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders
- A team-player, who gets the best out of his/her team & stakeholder group
- Experience in other performance marketing channels is a plus
- Experience in technical fields such as management of affiliate platforms such as Impact, analytical tools (Tableau) or campaign management automation is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment & navigate complex client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in English - written & verbal. Fluency in Dutch or French is a must.
