What youll do

Doubleverify is seeking a highly motivated individual for an internship with the US Sales Team. This individual's primary responsibility will be to shadow the sales team & learn how to maintain, establish & drive revenue across both programmatic & direct sales organizations. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter, team player & strong communicator - with an entrepreneurial spirit!

This unique opportunity will provide insight into both our programmatic & direct sales teams - learning how to maintain & drive revenue with current & prospective clients & agencies- across the entire digital ecosystem. If you are an individual that has a strong interest to work in a fast-paced environment, & eager to make an impact across the global digital landscape - then this is the role for you.

The Sale Intern will closely shadow the NY based Sales Team, & play an active role learning & developing the foundations for sales success:

  • Prospecting by Region
  • Client/Agency/Account Research
  • Sales Meeting Prep
  • Client Relationships: Building & Maintaining
  • RFP/RFI Process & Completion
  • Forecasting Accuracy & Salesforce Maintenance
  • SWOT
  • Pitch Project

Who you are

  • Interest to learn about the digital landscape, ecosystem & technologies within the space. (Bonus if you are a candidate with basic knowledge of marketing principles, media industry & advertising)
  • Demonstrate interest in the advertising industry, & selling ad technology to clients, agencies & brand direct
  • Must have a strong customer centric focus, with the desire to learn how to provide strategic solutions for clients, agencies & brands
  • Must have a strong desire to learn & take ownership of projects to assist the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching & closing business
  • Appetite to work alongside & across multiple teams within the DV organization, to provide client & agency support
  • Ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks/projects within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills for email, phone & presentations with both internal teams & external clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Current college undergraduate student or recent graduate
  • Work Environment: This is a virtual/remote internship. The internship requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace
