The Revenue Operations Analyst is proactive, analytical, & detail-oriented. They will be a positive & solution-oriented partner for stakeholders across the B2B business unit. The ideal candidate would have exposure to enterprise & inside sales operations in a technology, subscription service, or relevant experience in a similar role.
The role reports to the Manager, Revenue Operations & works closely with stakeholders in Product (for Hospitality Solutions), B2B Marketing, Go-To-Market & Operations. This role will primarily be responsible for revenue tracking, reporting & analysis, forecasting & planning for Hospitality Solutions sales teams across Hotel & Restaurant business units.
What Youll Do:

Identify & communicate key insights to the leadership team based on reports & analysis, explain business performance, identify issues, & uncover levers for improvement.

Assesses the needs of the business, prioritize projects & drive new reporting requirements to completion including but not limited to expanding upon existing sales metrics, identifying new metrics that matter to Tripadvisors commercial outcomes, ongoing KPI measurement & reporting, goal setting, forecast & pipeline planning.

Work cross-functionally as needed to enable data architecture & solutions that best meet the analytics & reporting needs of the business. Drive clarity or requirements & ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements.

Work closely with peers in the Business Operations organization to adapt & translate existing business processes for sales: forecasting & pipeline management, sales territory design & analysis, incentive design & sales programs.

Assist in troubleshooting of operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems & processes to fix root causes.

Look for commonalities across our business needs, recommend improvements to accelerate current scaling mechanisms, & leverage our tools & automation to grow our capacity

Assist with ad hoc queries & provide analytical support to our fast-growing business as it evolves
Who you are:

Process focused: A deep understanding of the value of process, balanced by a strong instinct for speed & accuracy will be key. Working closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Product, & Finance. Ability to operate with startup instincts within a $1B+ global organization.

Analytically oriented: Educational and/or deep professional background in quantitative analysis expert in asking the right questions, & answering them with data; & communicating business insights to executives

Forward thinking: An instinct to look around corners & plan several steps ahead, while identifying & mitigating risks before they stall your initiatives
