About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated & driven individual for the position of Strategic Account Manager. As a key member of our Global Business Team, this strategic position will be responsible for managing & growing a portfolio of clients, conducting market research, & developing effective sales strategies. The successful candidate must have strong client facing skills, excellent account management abilities, & a deep understanding of project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage & grow a portfolio of SMB/corporate clients through effective account management
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic guidance, & proactive support
- Be ready to generate & present campaign performance insights & strategic recommendations in the form of story-telling in client calls
- Oversee ad campaign setup & optimization within the MediaGo DSP to ensure incremental revenue growth & client satisfaction
- Provide clear, data-driven performance insights through regular reporting & strategic recommendations
- Own the collaboration among internal teams & participate in team meetings & contribute to support overall team & individual objectives & client success
- Own client-facing activities such as campaign briefings, status calls, & reports
- Stay current on #AdTech trends, platform updates, & best practices to improve campaign execution & platform user experience
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends & upsell opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in B2B ad sales or account management
- Strong client facing skills & the ability to build & maintain relationships
- Self-motivated & results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a must
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to be a self-starter & a team player
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Experience with the OKR Framework is a plus
- Ability to work on-site 4 days a week in our Mountain View office
