About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional (45 years of experience) to join us on a contract basis to provide operational support during maternity leave coverage. This is a task-focused role designed to ensure smooth continuity of core HR operations, payroll, & compliance. The contractor will work closely with the Talent & Culture team & external partners to keep critical processes running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core HR operational processes across payroll, onboarding, exits, & compliance in coordination with internal teams & external partners.
- Support monthly, quarterly, & annual HR cycles including payroll inputs, audits, surveys, & recognition programs.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, & timely communication across stakeholders.
- Maintain HR systems & data integrity, ensuring updates are completed accurately & on schedule.
- Provide reliable operational support to the HR team without direct business partnering responsibilities.
Requirements
- 45 years of experience in HR operations or related functions.
