About the Role
As we continue to grow, were seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive adoption of Noom Health among employers in the Western United States. This role will focus on building strong relationships with brokers, consultants, & key decision-makers, driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts & high-impact partnerships.
You Will
- Drive growth of enterprise employer accounts across the Western U.S. through successful sales execution
- Build & maintain relationships with benefits brokers & consultants to generate leads & drive sales
- Generate new business through strategic networking, marketing follow-ups, & inbound inquiry tracking
- Understand employer needs & develop customized proposals using consultative selling techniques
- Negotiate contracts & partnership agreements to close deals & ensure long-term success
- Develop & execute go-to-market strategies for the employer segment in collaboration with leadership
- Analyze & refine key market segments, product positioning, & sales drivers
- Maintain a competitive edge by staying informed on market trends & competitor offerings
About You

You Have
- A minimum of 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience in digital health
- Mininimum 2 years in a closing role
- Have a strong track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets & expectations
- Impeccable verbal, & written communication, presentation, & articulation skills with strong attention to detail
- Are entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, & self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Able to travel to clients & conferences as needed (25 - 35%)

Compensation Package
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $230,000/year, inclusive of base salary & commission.
- Other elements of Nooms Compensation Package
- Noom offers a comprehensive & generous total rewards package. This generally includes stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays & paid leave, & various wellness programs, etc.
Location:
This position is a remote role within the United States. West Coast strongly preferred.
