WHY BOX NEEDS YOU 

As a BDR Manager, you will lead a team of Outbound Business Representatives (OBRs) who focus on outbound prospecting, generating meetings, opportunities, & pipeline for our Mid-Market, Enterprise & Large Enterprise Account Executives. You will join a team of dedicated & driven sales professionals who take pride in landing new customers, uncovering additional use cases within our current install base, generating pipeline, & delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Hire, train & manage a team of Outbound Business Representatives

• Develop reps for career growth within the Box Sales organization

• Work closely with Mid-market & Enterprise Sales Management to establish guidelines for performance metrics & manage relationships with AEs & OBRs

• Motivate individuals & teams to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship

• Actively use Salesforce to manage the sales process and set standards for performance metrics

WHO YOU ARE 

• 1+ years of experience managing a lead generation/sales team

• Proven record of sales success ideally in lead generation and full-cycle sales

• Experience recruiting & developing new members for the sales team 

• Experience successfully leading people to achieve performance goals

• Excellent communication organizational skills as well as time management skills

• Previous SaaS experience preferred
