What youll do
As a Learning & Development Coordinator for the Engineering department, you will support the global training processes for our R&D employees. You will collaborate with stakeholders to organize sessions & workshops, maintain our engineering knowledge resources, & handle learning operations. Additionally, youll help to execute our tech events (meetups, conferences) & handle our social media operations.
This is a contractor position. Hiring will be conducted through an external HR company.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with global stakeholders in the company to coordinate training sessions.
- Oversee training sessions, ensuring participation, engagement, & attendance tracking.
- Organize & oversee workshops by working with external vendors.
- Curate, refine & integrate training content into our documentation platforms.
- Administrate external learning platforms, managing registration & learner access.
- Execute events operations (conferences & meetups).
- Maintain engineering social platforms - LinkedIn, & our blog in Medium.com
- Oversee our internal blog post review process.
Who you are
- Availability to work full-time for 9 months.
- Proven experience managing projects & operations within a global company.
- Skilled at leading deadline-driven projects that require collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized & detail-oriented individual.
- A self-starter with strong motivation & the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Hebrew & English.
- Fully proficient in Google Slides/PowerPoint & Google Sheets/Excel.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Monday.com.
- Experienced in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency.
- Experience with social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Experience in conducting training sessions is a plus.
