YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an Account Manager to support the Mercedes-Benz UK Vans team with the delivery of first-class creative work throughout the agency, working closely with the clients, creative teams & inter-agency teams.
The team currently consists of the Business Director, Project Manager & Account Director who youll be reporting into. We are looking for an Account Manager to work closely with us across both paid & owned media (including managing the website).
We are looking for someone willing to get stuck into a busy, fun but fast-paced account with the ability to juggle multiple projects to tight timelines. Applicants should be ambitious, enthusiastic, & organised.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day management of small to medium campaigns & projects, ranging from brand campaigns to smaller tactical briefs. (Youll work closely with Project Management to ensure work is delivered on time & on budget).
- Participate in client meetings relating to your work/projects, such as briefing calls, supporting the Account Director on the weekly client status & creative review meetings.
- Develop strong working client relationships with regular communication & liaison with clients.
- Working closely day-to-day with the media agency OMD on campaign delivery - liaising on media plans & timelines.
- Management of the DMS (Dealer Marketing Service) inbox.
- Sporadic MailChimp email build & comms to the Mercedes-Benz Dealer Marketing network.
- Reporting into the Account Director.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Ideally a good understanding of ATL media channels especially social.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with other 3rd party agencies & internal departments to ensure collaboration & achieving client objectives.
- You will be flexible & adaptable & have a demonstrable eye for detail.
- Commercial understanding for the bigger picture effect of creative on results & sales.
- Ability to work on large, fast paced accounts, & be excited to work across big projects with multiple project deliveries.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Collaborative, curious, innovative, adventurous, & ambitious. Personality counts, & we want to see your individuality shine through at interview stage.
