Role Description

At Dash, Dropboxs new AI-native product line, were building from first principles to redefine how people work with information. Were looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead growth strategy & executionanchoring product-led growth (PLG) at the core of our GTM & lifecycle motion. This role is central to how Dash scales through self-serve channels, compounding user value through thoughtful, data-informed growth systems.

As Staff Product Manager for Growth, youll drive a dynamic, high-leverage portfolio that spans the end-to-end customer journey. Your focus wont be limited to one stage of the growth funnel. Instead, youll adapt to the areas that matter mostwhether thats driving awareness, deepening engagement, or unlocking new paths to scale.

Youll operate as both a strategic & executional leader: shaping company-level PLG bets while also running high-velocity experiments, growth loops, & infrastructure that drive sustainable growth.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You bring a deep growth craft, sharp user instincts, & fluency in how to blend experimentation with systems thinking. Youll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, & Marketing to identify inflection points for scale & accelerate product-market fit.

Responsibilities

  • Planning & forecasting: size opportunities, set goals, & align cross-functional teams on the metrics that matter.
  • Experimentation optimization: tighten our A/B pipelineprioritize tests, speed up learning cycles, & ensure we extract signal from noise.
  • Growth-loop stewardship: diagnose loop health, spot friction points, & drive iterative improvements that compound over time.
  • Performance evaluation: monitor funnels end-to-end, surface insights, & recalibrate strategy when priorities shift.
  • Mentorship & collaboration: support & elevate fellow Growth PMs through knowledge-sharing, feedback, & peer alignment.
  • Executive communication: clearly & consistently communicate progress, insights, & recommendations to senior leadership on a recurring basis.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years focused specifically on product-led growth or self-serve motions.
  • Demonstrated success driving growth metrics (e.g. acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) through product experimentation & iterative development.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with experimentation tools, interpreting A/B test results, & comfort working with data (e.g. SQL, dashboards).
  • Deep understanding of growth loops, funnel mechanics, & compounding growth strategies across B2C or prosumer products.
  • Excellent communication & storytelling skills, including the ability to clearly synthesize insights & influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional leadership, including mentoring other PMs & aligning with Engineering, Design, Marketing, & Data Science.

  • Exceptional problem solving & execution capacity. Demonstrated success in solving difficult challenges to unlock growth.
  • Ownership & hustle: Demonstrated ability to take initiative & drive impact in ambiguous environments
  • Strong product sense: Possesses ability to guide their team in a highly ambiguous environment 
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products & tools, including experience using or integrating them into user-facing workflows or internal growth systems.
