The Office of the CEO function works directly with the C-Level & VP leadership team to shape & drive against our company vision & strategic growth plan. About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Transformation, you will be a key leader in bringing our company vision & strategy to life, while making the Stitch Fix employee experience one that sets a new standard. This role is an opportunity to create tremendous impact for our company & our people. You will work directly with leaders & key stakeholders across the business, including Tech, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Operations & Client Services. The role reports to the VP of Transformation & will be a key member of the extended leadership team.

This role will be based at our headquarters in San Francisco, CA.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will

  • Work closely with our Senior Leaders on strategic narrative, roadmap, OKR & priorities setting, & content for the broader company.
  • Support leaders & lead special projects within our transformation office in support of the companys highest priorities.
  • Drive operational excellence through the creation of tools, processes, & ways of working that empower leaders & team members to make their programs & initiatives more successful & connected.
  • Translate & bridge quantitative data & qualitative insights across teams to identify problems & unlock meaningful solutions to improve project & company outcomes.
  • Partner closely with peers & stakeholders across the broader company to assess existing programs, processes, & practices, identify gaps & inefficiencies & opportunities for significant impact & improvement.

Were excited about you because

  • You have at least 8+ years of experience in strategic functions such as corporate strategy, strategy consulting, strategy operations or product operations at complex, matrixed organizations.
  • You have past experience in retail or consumer tech.
  • You have demonstrated experience with independently leading strategic projects, developing processes & driving large change initiatives.
  • You are able to fly at 30,000 feet in understanding our broad & long-term strategies & dive down to sea level to translate them into near-term projects & priorities that help us make rapid & significant progress.
  • You are excited by solving hard problems & collaborating across teams to deliver a solution.
  • You can see the forest & the trees in terms of seeing the big picture but can distill it down to specific problems & solutions.
  • You are comfortable influencing without authority & excel in building partnerships across different levels, functions & teams across the organization.
  • You are a focused, organized, & results-driven individual with strong communication & influencing skills to drive a diverse set of cross-functional partners towards a set of defined goals.
  • You are naturally curious about people & love learning from different backgrounds, working styles, & perspectives & adapting your own approach to be successful.
  • You thrive in situations with a lot of ambiguity & change, balancing the need to be nimble & responsive in the short-term with driving longer-term progress.
  • You are an exceptional communicator in both written & verbal interactions; clear, concise, & able to effectively distill the so what for different audiences.
  • Above all else, you are bright, kind & motivated by challenge.

Compensation & Benefits

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, & the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire & ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee & company performance.
