As a QA Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality & reliability of our products & services. You will lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals & work close with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software

What Youll Do

• Work closely with the QA engineers for mutual use of automatic & manual solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, & project managers.
• Identifying opportunities for test automation & guiding the team in implementing automated testing solutions.
• Analyze requirement specifications, devise tests accordingly, supervise & conduct automatic test execution
• Participate in the technical design, development, & testing of new features & products
• Reflect product maturity status to management based on well defined KPIs

Who You Are

• 2+ years of managerial experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in manual & automation testing 
• Deep understanding of QA processes & methodologies
• Good familiarity with Automation tools
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Self-motivated, independent, & proactive
