- Develop processes to ensure clients are successfully onboarded & trained throughout their journey with Curalate.
- Provide personal development & career pathing to your team members.
- Provide creative strategies to grow existing business & drive platform adoption, tying the Curalate platform to client business objectives
- Work closely with other leaders within the Client Experience department to define & execute on quarterly OKRs.
- Help the team to think creatively to drive platform adoption in order to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Become the go-to-person for product expertise & act as the main point of escalation for client issues
- Stay abreast of industry trends & make recommendations on how we can improve our products & services.
- You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a client-facing position in tech/digital media/startups/SaaS
- Youve successfully managed a team & facilitated their career growth & professional development
- You have a passion for providing an amazing client experience
- You are extremely process oriented & enjoy rolling up your sleeves to any challenge
- You are have strong communication skills
- Youre able to juggle multiple tasks & priorities with ease
