YOUR ROLE:
You will be the day-to-day manager of the client relationship; a brand champion, an agency facilitator, & a trusted partner to both clients & your team. You are an advisor & partner & build relationships with the client at the marketing/category director levels. You have developed a keen ability for managing client based multi-discipline projects across the agency matrix, cross-holding company partners, & external agency partners. Alongwith your supervisor, you will steward all elements of the engagement including project management: project definition, scope management, risk management, hand-off management, & team management. You have natural curiosity, & are motivated by driving excellent results, time & time again.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the planning & execution of a simultaneous integrated projects
- Leads project direction collaborating with cross-functional teams to define & re-define project specifications (goals, budget, schedule, & scope)
- Collaborates with disciplines across the agency to deliver world-class work & meet client objectives
- Key client contact regarding project deliverables, progress, solutions, financials
- Lead & mentor Project Managers & Sr. Project Managers
- Author & review program SOWs & estimate documentation
- Maintain responsibility for development & management of timelines, quality & profit margins related to agency deliverables
- Resolve critical timeline issues & implications
- Build strong working relationships with internal team(s) as external partners & vendors
- Oversee internal account-related meetings including weekly producer/account status meetings, internal reviews, etc.
- Direct resource management against deliverables ensuring alignment against work & required times throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead financial management & budget tracking; manage & own project financials
- Risk management, proactively mitigating risks & comfortable driving solutions to adapt to changes from inception or project to delivery
- Drive project measurement, reporting & analysis
- Evaluate & optimize production workflows & processes
- Proficient with programs such as Visio, Excel, PPT & MS Project
- Experience with project management/workflow tools such as Workfront & Jira
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- 7-9 years of industry experience producing & project management at a media, entertainment or creative brand and/or interactive advertising agency
- Working knowledge & understanding of web technologies, including HTML, DHTML, content management systems & deployment platforms, etc.
- Direct Marketing & CRM experience an advantage
- Experience in print production/ execution process a plus.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Possess an established track record of successful accomplishment with clients / teams
- Excellent documentation & presentation development, such as financial reports, proposals, roadmaps & workflows
- Strong communication & presentations skills - capable of presenting solutions in a clear, logical manner
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Must have strong leadership skills & ability / desire to mentor junior PM talent (if applicable.)

This range is specific to Detroit & multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience & training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
