This role focuses on supporting the local sales teams globally to deliver successful Agency & Client partnership efficiently. Including:
- Working with local sales teams to set-up partnerships effectively in our internal systems.
- Accurately track & monitor partnership revenues & communicates to the business
- Deliver end of Partnership reporting
This role requires close collaboration with Legal & Finance to ensure Partnerships are tracked & monitored compliance to the law & to accounting practices. Additionally, you will work closely with Sales Operations teams to continuously optimise the process, always looking for areas of improvement & efficiencies
What will this person be doing on a day-to-day basis?
- Working with the B&A regional leads/local teams to set up Partnership opportunities & agreements in Salesforce & other internal systems
- Working closely with finance, legal & local teams generally helping/answering questions & acting as the first point of contact on global partnerships
- Ongoing monthly alignment checks to verify that l Trading Agreements accounts are up to date & pacing towards their goals
- Work with internal Business Intelligence systems (such as Qlik) to identify any data discrepancies.

- High proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
- Proven track record in leading complex projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills & high EQ
- Demonstrated capability to maintain confidentiality & deal with highly sensitive information
- Organized & attention to detail
- A dedication to time constraints & hitting deadline
- Passion about high level execution
- Ability to work remotely (as an IC) & globally
- Understanding of the advertising industry or agency experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Python & SQL is a plus
