The role: 

As the Marketing Systems Administrator, you are responsible for operating & optimizing marketing systems with a primary focus on Marketo & integrated applications. Youll manage & ensure data hygiene & compliance with privacy legislation, collaborate on marketing automation strategies, & develop reporting, documentation, & processes to drive efficiencies & effectiveness of the team. You are a Adobe Certified Expert (Marketo Engage Business Practitioner) with at least 3 years of Marketo administration experience & proficiency in B2B tool integrations.

You will: 

  • Operate, configure, troubleshoot, & administer Marketo & integrated applications, including Drift
  • Configure & manage data syncs/integrations between Marketo & other tools (including Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud) using both pre-built connectors & middleware (such as Workato or Zapier)
  • Manage & maintain data hygiene, data integrity, & record limits in Marketo
  • Ensure that Marketing automation is in compliance with data privacy legislation (including international legislation)
  • Create & optimize programs, email campaigns, landing pages, & other deliverables in Marketo in collaboration with the Marketing Operations Specialists
  • Manage, maintain & optimize lead scoring models in Marketo
  • Implement strong quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure accurate execution of campaigns 
  • Proactively review & identify areas to increase efficiencies with automation
  • Manage reporting & maintenance in Marketo, including campaign tracking & analytics
  • Collaborate with the Director, Marketing Operations to evolve the Marketing tech stack strategy, including evaluation process for existing & new technologies
  • Create & maintain systems documentation, including field dictionaries & process documentation

Base compensation: $85,000 - $95,000. Total compensation for this role also includes incentive stock options & benefits. This compensation range may be adjusted based on actual experience.
