We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Data organization & be an active member of the Analytics & Business Intelligence team. The goal is to advocate for & facilitate data-informed decision-making throughout the organization. The team's main focus is to partner with all of Wattpad's product & business units, to develop high quality analytical reports, dashboards, own company metrics/KPIs & evolve our BI platform. 

In this role, you will take technical business problems & condense them into an understandable format. You will help ensure decisions at Wattpad are based on data, & create an understanding of why our data behaves in certain ways. Data is critical to how we make decisions at Wattpad & you will play a key role in helping Wattpad continue to scale!
