About the department

The Cloudflare sales enablement team delivers learning solutions that promote growth & collaboration of the Cloudflare sales & partner community. We provide a structured framework of sales enablement processes & tools to address the needs of our sales staff globally.

About the Role

Cloudflare is looking for an eLearning Manager to drive rapid, consistent, & scalable eLearning solutions for accelerating knowledge transfer to internal sales channel partners.

  • Design, develop, & manage comprehensive sales enablement programs for the sales organization - account executives, business development reps, sales engineers, & channel partners.
  • Develop & manage eLearning curriculum, including self-paced courses, Online certification exams, instructor-led training, sales playbooks, job aids, etc.
  • Develop structured plans, actions & measurable metrics & then execute those plans
  • Collaborate with the global head of sales enablement & internal stakeholders to ensure timely & accurate deliverables
  • Administer our Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolling users, assigning curriculum, & running reports
  • Assist the sales enablement team in other enablement tasks such as onboarding boot camp, new product training, & facilitate regular sales enablement webinars for ongoing knowledge transfer

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge & experience

  • Bachelors degree, Masters degree or certificate in instructional design preferred
  • Familiarity with ADDIE methodology & hybrid learning
  • Must have experience creating eLearning content for a sales organization
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience developing eLearning training materials
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360, Storyline, & Adobe Captivate
  • Must be highly organized & possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects & deadlines
  • Proven experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Internet or SaaS industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills including the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to make independent sound decisions & independently manage priorities in alignment with department goals.
  • A portfolio of elearning course design, web design, and/or graphic design work
  • Google - G-suite familiarity preferred
