Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic & strategic-minded Alliances Director to lead & expand our alliances & partnerships ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of building & managing successful alliances that drive revenue growth & market expansion.

What Youll Do

Alliance Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop & execute a comprehensive alliances strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify & prioritize potential alliance partners based on strategic fit, market reach, & revenue potential.
  • Define clear goals, KPIs, & metrics for alliance initiatives.

Partnership Development:

  • Cultivate & nurture relationships with existing & potential partners, ensuring mutual understanding & alignment of goals.
  • Negotiate & finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms & conditions are beneficial for all parties involved.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, & other key departments to ensure seamless execution of alliance initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input & guidance to support product development & go-to-market strategies.

Alliance Program Management:

  • Oversee the implementation of joint marketing, sales, & enablement programs with partners to drive pipeline & revenue growth.
  • Monitor & report on the performance of alliance initiatives against established KPIs.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, & competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities & threats.

Team Leadership & Development:

  •  Build, lead, & mentor a high-performing alliances team, fostering a collaborative & results-driven culture.
  •  Provide coaching & professional development opportunities for team members.

What Wed Like you to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or business development roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing & managing strategic alliances that resulted in revenue growth & market expansion.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, & interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically & develop innovative alliance strategies.
  • Excellent leadership & team management abilities.

The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000-200,000 overall. Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications & experience, & may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards & equity, among other company benefits.
