As the Global Partner Solutions Coordinator, you will act as a centralized point of contact for the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team owning key deliverables across training & communication. You will partner with a variety of stakeholders within the org to provide the GPS team with scheduling & facilitation needs as it relates to new hire onboarding, internal communications, & the GPS calendar. You are an effective written & verbal communicator who can distill feedback, opinions, & needs into an actionable strategy with top-tier organizational skills to execute this vision. You are proactive & independent & have a strong attention to detail.

What Youll Do

  • Organize, support & coordinate overall GPS meeting schedules & calendars including team-wide meetings (virtual & in person), internal & client events

  • Assist with event planning globally & regionally (happy hours, team bonding activities, offsites, client entertainment, trade conferences etc.) in partnership with B2B Marketing

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding scheduling & support GPS team managers with onboarding materials, playbooks, & tool/system needs alongside IT

  • Maintain upkeep of cross-functional documentation including but not limited to Team Starter Kits, Org charts, Distribution lists, GPS Calendar

  • Facilitate the scheduling & coordination of GPS Learning & Development as well as GPS internal team meeting calendar, managing content build stakeholders appropriately to ensure deadlines are met

  • Provide Ad hoc support to the GPS Leadership team (expenses, calendar management, scheduling)

Skills & Experience

  • 1 - 3 years of administration, communications, and/or relevant professional experience 

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal & relationship-building skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize & organize work to meet deadlines & multiple requests, work effectively under pressure & within tight timelines

  • Familiarity with sales organizations & advertising terms

  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  • A team player & collaborator
