Were seeking a Sales Executive, Enterprise to join our Sales team. The Sales Executive, Enterprise will report directly to the Head of Meeting & Event Sales. 

What Youll Do:

As the Sales Executive, Enterprise, youll be responsible for developing business relationships & driving revenue across all properties in the Convene portfolio, in alignment with the company growth strategy.

  • Define, implement, & continually adjust the enterprise strategy to drive opportunities & deliver repeatable wins as market trends evolve
  • Meet & exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, & closing sales opportunities
  • Generate, negotiate, & close agreements to client specifications while adhering to internal pricing guidelines
  • Effectively engage with our clients & build meaningful relationships
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of competitive set & relationships with counterparts
  • Maintain & grow current & prospective clients & referral partners
  • Attend trade shows, receptions, & informational sessions to prospect for new business
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of Convene products & locations 
  • Conduct & coordinate thorough site inspections, virtual tours, demos, & client appointments
  • Reach & exceed budgeted goals per month & year
  • Rapidly respond to all client inquiries & other communication

Base Salary:

Salary Min: 28k Salary Max: 32k

This role is also eligible for Convene's annual incentive performance bonus plan.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums & maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience & other relevant factors.
