Teads are looking for an Industry Director for the Automotive sector to join our Strategic Accounts team based in London.

This new position offers an exciting opportunity to become a part of a dynamic & pioneering company in the field of full-funnel digital advertising solutions. The Strategic Accounts Team is a key driver of growth within Teads & we have strategic partnerships with many of the world's top brands in all the key verticals in which we operate. Based on this success we wish to step change our focus within the Automotive sector building on some recent big wins in this vertical. The Industry Director needs to have proven experience of digital sales within the Automotive sector & their primary responsibility will be to cultivate & enhance both existing & new relationships & partnerships, leading to revenue growth, with the most prominent clients in the Automotive industry.

In addition to your work with Automotive brands, you will collaborate closely with our Agency Sales teams around the world to manage high-level media agency relationships across your portfolio of brands. You will be seen as a true expert in your field of Automotive advertising & expert to upskill all local sales teams at Teads on how best to grow partnerships in this sector.

You will report directly to the VP of Strategic Accounts UK & your role will be instrumental in contributing to the senior team's development of an advertiser-first strategy.

  • Evolve & improve Teads Automotive sector growth strategy
  • Establish & expand collaborative partnerships with leading Automotive brands in the UK driving consistent growth across your account base
  • Become the go-to expert on the Automotive sector, enabling us to tailor solutions that best meet the needs of these advertisers
  • Ensure Teads is top-of-mind for Automotive clients & a vital component of their core media strategy. This involves fostering relationships across all key functions, making sure that key stakeholders are well-versed in our offerings, & striving to establish annual partnerships
  • Responsible for delivery of Automotive sales targets

  • Serve as an industry expert to drive vertical & client success by developing thought leadership within the Automotive vertical
  • Craft & deliver consultative sales presentations that leverage your in-depth industry knowledge, awareness of market trends, & Teads' comprehensive full-funnel solutions
  • Actively contribute to the accumulation of external & internal market intelligence & insights
  • Take the initiative in engaging with industry committees & participating in conferences to stay at the forefront of industry developments & opportunities

  • Strong understanding & background in Automotive clients in the UK 
  • Ability to build relationships with top marketing/media decision-makers
  • Proven experience in collaborative to build long term sustainable partnership growth
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of online video, display, performance & CTV
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, & empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • Strong track record of results delivery & ability to convert business from other media channels 
  • Willingness to travel & work across different time zones Passionate high energy & enthusiasm
  • A self-starter creative, resourceful & adaptable, able to find solutions to problems whilst delivering a high standard of work
