Role Summary
As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving DoubleVerifys growth & impact across key brand & agency relationships in India. This is a highly strategic & consultative role, requiring a strong understanding of media, measurement, ad verification, & evolving digital trends like privacy, AI, & sustainability. Youll work closely with marketers, media agencies, trading desks, & cross-functional teams within DV to ensure our solutions are embedded into the digital strategy of our partnershelping them protect brand equity, drive better outcomes, & realize the full value of their media investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own & grow a portfolio of top-tier brands & agency accounts, acting as their strategic advisor & trusted partner.
- Understand client objectives & challenges to recommend tailored DV solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Lead the onboarding & enablement journey across stakeholders including media teams, procurement, analytics, & leadership.
- Build & manage relationships with holding companies, performance agencies, digital-first brands, & consulting partners.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, & Global Client Teams to deliver value at scale.
- Educate clients on industry shifts (privacy regulations, sustainability, brand safety, AI) & how DV can help them stay ahead.
- Manage renewals, upsells, & cross-sells; drive commercial discussions & negotiate contracts in alignment with regional targets.
- Contribute to local market strategy, event participation, & thought leadership to strengthen DVs brand presence.
What Were Looking For
- 610 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or marketing analyticspreferably in a client-facing or strategic role.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships & drive growth in a consultative sales or partner management environment.
- Deep understanding of programmatic media, ad measurement, & martech ecosystems.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing revenue pipelines & negotiating enterprise contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, & stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
