This role is for Vayner Consulting, a specialist division within VaynerMedia built to house our latest innovations & thinking, where we invite clients to steal our brains. Were a fully integrated team of seasoned social brand builders, creators, cultural strategists & media practitioners to help clients to truly find right in todays social landscape. We put our clients in the position to win on relevance via strategic & operational solutions that are built for todays ecosystem without wasting time or money.

The PITCH.

VaynerMedia EMEA is searching for an ambitious, curious & accountable person to join the Consulting Client Partnerships Team as an Account Manager. 

Were looking for through the line brand-building experience, an extensive understanding of social media platforms, passion for culture & exceptional interpersonal skills to join a fast-growing entrepreneurial team.


Heres where you come in


  • You will be in every regular contact with the client, working alongside senior leads to help deliver & shape daily, weekly & monthly consulting work based on the clients business objectives. 

  • Proactively identifying social media trends & opportunities for the client & helping guide the resulting briefs & consulting work. 

  • Keeping on top of the latest platform innovations to help educate internal & external partners & clients.

  • Getting stuck in & rolling up your sleeves, being a deep practitioner of social platforms.

  • Helping us to evangelise the work internally & externally by supporting the PR team with case studies, & breaking news updates.

  • Helping devise & sell-through incremental opportunities that help clients achieve the most efficient returns & results to deliver on their objectives.

  • Collaborating with other departments (Creative, Production, Analytics/Insights, Media, Community Management) as one close, collaborative team where everyone rolls up their sleeves, gets stuck in & works together across deliverables, process, & output.

  • Partner with Account Director to drive the overall account health of client engagements from strategic account & business planning to resourcing & financial.

  • Owning your work & being proactive.

  • Being the beating heart of the team, working closely with the wider Account, Strategy, Media & Creative leads to ensure client expectations, creative vision, & agency needs are met from briefing through final delivery on projects.

  • Constantly feeding into the identification of key culture, trends,  moments or pop culture & bringing those latest insights to your day to day work.

  • Being your day to day client's trusted partner, driving those more junior client relations to make sure they feel heard in the process.

  • Happy to work in an iterative & non hierarchical way.

We treasure Personality & Experience yet we do know that these qualifications lead to what WE KNOW as a success:


  • Experience in driving best practice, award winning social media work, with a real love for social & a strong understanding of online culture, consumer behaviour, relevant social media platforms & their requirements.

  • Experience in concepting social media creative, managing an online community or working on a social media brand account.

  • Experience of social media monitoring & reporting.

  • European language skills (a real bonus) 

  • Experience of working closely with community & project managers.

  • Manage overall quality of project delivery & documentation for the account

  • Strong communication skills & an impressive attention to detail

  • A cool, calm & collected approach to problem-solving

  • A real love for social

  • Ability to thrive & remain agile in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Ability to maintain & progress a number of concurrent projects, being smart in how to spend time to facilitate moving quickly & avoid bottlenecks

  • Strong self-awareness & people-management skills

  • Understanding of relevant social media platforms & their requirements
