Acquia is seeking a Senior Product Manager with the experience & drive to ensure Acquias award-winning platform, Drupal Cloud, exceeds the needs of customers who are passionate about Digital experiences. You have experience working in an enterprise organization & you have been exposed to digital experiences, ecommerce & saas or paas platforms. 

Expectations of the role

You will gain a deep understanding of the business landscape & be able to make sound decisions based on this understanding. You should be able to articulate the platforms value proposition clearly & convincingly, driving buy-in from stakeholders across the organization. Further, you will need to navigate the complexities of business models that Acquias platform enables.

You should be able to identify potential market trends, understand their impact, & incorporate this foresight into the platform strategy. This will require you to balance the competing demands of various stakeholders while ensuring the platforms viability & competitiveness.

You possess a deep understanding of underlying technology stack, architecture, & system design principles. This includes conversing with APIs, microservices, & platform-as-a-service (PaaS) models. Further, with data playing a significant role in decision-making, you should be comfortable with data analysis & interpretation. 

What you will bring

• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with cloud-native data persistence technologies & B.I tools: AWS S3, Snowflake, Redshift, Tableau, Spotfire, or PowerBI.
• Experience working with complex data maps & business requirements.
• Experience in digital media, technology, paas / saas platform or eCommerce.
• Comfortable in a highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Highly motivated, organized self-starter that can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to take initiative & carry projects from start to finish.
• Independent & quick learner with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to be flexible & successful within a fast-paced & goal-driven environment.
• Experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies of product development including extensive experience gathering, detailed requirements & writing functional designs.
• Passionate about building relationships with both internal & external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in tools of your trade i.e., JIRA & Confluence, Trello, Miro, productplan etc.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. 
• Bonus points: Understanding of web accessibility, CMS and/or DXP platform.

• Set a bold product vision, strategy, success metrics & roadmap for execution
• Internalize & deeply understand Acquia growth strategy & align your team's mission & roadmap with this direction
• Defining the strategy for enterprise business intelligence tools, processes, & capabilities for Drupal Cloud
• Leveraging Acquia & Drupal Cloud data to drive a step change in how we evolve the use of data to make decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams, such as engineering, design, platform PM, product PMs, etc.
• Partnering with our customer facing team to gather feedback on existing tools & help pilot new tools & capabilities.
• You will help to dene & execute our Drupal Cloud platform strategies & enable revenue-bearing product delivery teams, while partnering with various internal & external stakeholders throughout Acquia
• Demonstrate strong communication & leadership skills with engineering, architecture teams, & business stakeholders
• Inspire & lead your team & others to execute & deliver your vision & solutions to solve our customers biggest problems
• Ruthlessly prioritize your teams backlog to ensure your team is making maximum impact
