Overview  

In this role you serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the creation, optimization, & management of product feeds across various digital marketing platforms, with a focus on Google & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) feeds. Your technical ability & industry expertise will drive the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns by ensuring their product data is optimized for maximum visibility & performance. Additionally, you will leverage the Rithum platform to optimize & enhance customer data, further improving campaign effectiveness & ROI. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance & support on feed management strategies for Google & Meta platforms, as well as other relevant channels. 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, & product offerings, translating this information into actionable feed management strategies. 
  • Lead the development & implementation of feed optimization strategies tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring product data accuracy, completeness, & compliance with platform requirements. 
  • Utilize the Rithum platform to enhance feed quality & ensure compliance to third party destinations. 
  • Manage the end-to-end process of creating, updating, & optimizing product data feeds for various e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces, comparison shopping engines, & affiliate networks. 
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, & consistency of product data across all feed channels. 
  • Troubleshoot & resolve feed-related issues, including data quality, formatting, & integration problems. 
  • Automate feed generation & submission processes to improve efficiency & reduce manual efforts. 

 

Qualifications   

Minimum Qualifications    

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, product data management, or related field, with a focus on feed management & optimization for Google & Meta platforms. 
  • Experience with/interest in coding or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl, C++, Java) 
  • Knowledge of product data feed formats, including XML, CSV, TSV, & JSON. 
  • Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools & processes for data integration & transformation. 
  • Familiarity with data cleansing, normalization, & deduplication techniques. 
  • Ability to work with large datasets & handle big data challenges. 
  • Experience with regular expressions for data parsing & manipulation. 
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships & driving results through feed optimization strategies. 
  • Expertise understanding of Google Merchant Center & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Manager, including feed setup, optimization, & troubleshooting. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance. 
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear & concise manner to clients of varying technical expertise. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work & exceeding client expectations. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client accounts & priorities simultaneously. 

Preferred Qualifications   

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; advanced degree strongly preferred. 
  • Experience using the Rithum platform or similar tools to analyze & optimize customer data.
