THE ROLE: Merchandise Coordinator, Residual

Were looking for

We are looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to support our Residual merchandising team, which is our sale/clearance section. The coordinator will provide administrative support, specifically focused on the execution of residual, flash, & select marketing campaigns.  This role will serve a point of contact for communication among key cross-functional teams & departments.

What Youll Do

• Build & maintain events by reviewing merchandise & product availability
• Analyze available inventory to assist with event concepts & construction
• Execute & refresh residual, flash & marketing boutiques
• Support cross-functional communication with appropriate teams
• Support miscellaneous tasks as required to execute merchandising functions
• Use Merchandising expertise to provide input & suggestions for new initiatives

• Passionate about Merchandising, e-commerce, & all things fashion!
• 0-2 years experience: internships & co-ops are welcome
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); comfortable with tools in an online environment
• An effective communicator & loves to collaborate with others
• Someone who loves a challenge & wont back down 
• Looking to be mentored by senior associates

Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $47,000

Rue Gilt Groupe is committed to providing Associates with equal pay for equal work & carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to, prior experience, education, certification(s), license(s), skills & expertise, location,  internal equity, & other factors that are job related & consistent with business need. Our goal is to support, reward & compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, stock options, 401(k) participation & match, paid time off, medical, dental, vision & basic life insurance. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
