We are looking to add a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to our Acuity Scheduling marketing team. Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company, allows users to schedule appointments directly on their website in a seamless way, taking away the administrative burden of their business so users can focus on what they love. 

As a B2B Growth Marketer, you will develop strategies to increase customer acquisition & activation. You will use a combination of data analysis, creativity, & digital marketing expertise to optimize our marketing efforts. You will also have an understanding of multiple marketing channels, strategic ability, & experience with data-driven decision-making.

You will report to the Head of Marketing for Acuity & have the option of working remote (within the U.S.) or on-site (hybrid) at our NYC headquarters.

You'll Get To

• Manage SEO strategy & execution in collaboration with the SEO team  
• Oversee channel expansion, monitor performance & provide insights back to cross functional teams 
• Collaborate with our in-house media team on paid media strategy, measurement & creative optimizations 
• Partner with the Growth Product team to analyze user behavior & channel performance to guide conversion funnel optimization & identify KPIs 
• Develop strategic direction to our in-house creative team for all media campaigns
• Build, test, & optimize landing pages across marketing campaigns 

Who We're Looking For

• 6+ years experience as a B2B Growth Marketer or in a similar role, with experience driving customer acquisition & revenue growth
• Expertise in using both quantitative & qualitative data to inform overall project prioritization & is proficient with performance marketing metrics (CPA, LTV, etc) 
• Someone with experience gaining alignment from key stakeholders & leading complex cross-functional initiatives

Cash Compensation Range: $115,500 - $203,550 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
