The Role:
Were looking for a strategic, highly organized Global Partnerships Enablement Manager to bring complex, high-impact partnerships to life.
While commercial negotiations & business cases are owned by the Global Business Development Lead, you take over once the partnership is signed, owning the full cross-functional implementation & ensuring the partnership goes live seamlessly across markets.
These are not simple sponsorships. They are deep, strategic partnerships that unlock new customer growth & retention pathways for HelloFresh brands. They often involve:
- Technical integrations
- Developer involvement
- New customer journeys
- Shared value exchanges
- Connection of systems, channels, or data flows
- Multi-market alignment
Your role is to turn a strategic vision into an operational reality, coordinating engineering, product, marketing, CRM, data, local markets, & the partners teams to ensure each partnership goes live smoothly & delivers measurable value.
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end implementation of strategic partnerships after contracting, ensuring all technical, operational, & cross-functional requirements are met.
- Act as the primary operational & technical point of contact for both internal teams & the external partner.
- Work hand-in-hand with external partners to align on customer journeys, integration requirements, timelines, testing, operational mechanics, & launch readiness.
- Translate partnership agreements into actionable implementation plans, technical requirements, & clear workflows that can be executed by developers & channel owners.
- Lead technical scoping with product, engineering, & platform teams, ensuring integrations (APIs, promo logic, tracking, landing pages, data flows) are feasible & correctly executed.
- Map & optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that new acquisition or retention pathways are seamless, intuitive, & aligned across markets & brands.
- Drive cross-functional project management, coordinating CRM, paid media, product, design, retention, operations, legal, BI, & local teams.
- Manage all timelines, testing phases, QA, & go-live processes, ensuring both HelloFresh & the partner are aligned & ready.
- Ensure the partnerships pathways unlock real customer growth & retention opportunities, tracking dependencies & removing blockers early.
- Maintain clear documentation & frameworks for scalable implementation across additional markets or brands.
What Youll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven marketing, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
- Exceptional communication skills: Whether it's leading a project to completion or aligning internal & external stakeholders, you know how to get everyone on the same page & deliver success.
- A creative problem-solver: You bring fresh ideas to the table & act as a strategic partner to both the global Paid Marketing team & local marketing teams.
- Data-driven decision-making: You thrive on numbers & use data to guide your strategies & make informed decisions, such as (basic) business cases as well as campaign analysis
- Adaptability: You embrace challenges & stay calm under pressure, excelling in fast-paced & ever-evolving environments.
- A proactive, ambitious doer: You take ownership, drive initiatives forward, & make things happen with a sense of urgency & passion.
- Excellent multitasking & prioritization skills: You juggle multiple projects with ease & know how to stay focused on what matters most.
- Proficiency in MS Office (or similar tools): Youre comfortable creating reports, analyzing data, & tracking performance with tools like Excel & PowerPoint.
- Understanding of partnership principles: A solid grasp of partnership strategies & frameworks will position you as a strong candidate.
- Experience in a similar role: Previous experience in partnerships, business development, or related internships will provide a significant advantage, demonstrating your ability to execute complex, high-impact collaborations.
