Role Description

As the Mobile Performance Marketing Manager, you will develop the strategy & oversee the execution of paid & organic mobile marketing in order to achieve revenue targets. You will play a strategic, tactical, creative, & analytical role with a mission to evolve & scale our mobile app marketing engine to its next phase of growth.

You will effectively scale awareness & adoption of our mobile app among net new audiences globally with both paid & organic marketing efforts, while determining ways to drive incremental revenue through re-engagement & cross-sell campaigns. This person will have deep knowledge of the mobile marketing space across channels, measurement, technical capabilities, & be highly data-driven. Additionally, this role will partner with our product marketing, product, & growth teams to stay in tune with product developments & GTM plans that become translated into mobile marketing initiatives. Our company is going through a product transformation, & our mobile app is expected to evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & align mobile app marketing strategy with product & company strategy
  • Plan & execute full funnel mobile marketing programs to deliver on revenue targets with paid & unpaid mobile app marketing channels
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to craft channel strategies & drive tactical executions for optimizations, creative, & testing roadmaps
  • Monitor & share performance results with leadership between weekly updates & periodic monthly business reviews
  • Recommend opportunities to scale performance media spend & venture into high potential growth tactics
  • Evolve mobile app measurement & technology capabilities in partnership with marketing technology, analytics & data science teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of mobile app marketing experience managing a 7 to 8 figure annual advertising budget
  • Fluency in mobile mobile ad networks, Apple Search Optimization (paid/unpaid), Google UAC, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok
  • Strong technical understanding of mobile tracking & measurement solutions
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills with an ability to work at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently & drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Organic mobile app marketing (ASO, CRO)
  • B2B industry experience
