The Role

Were hiring a Senior Product Data Analyst to join HelloFreshs Global AI team, focusing on advertising technology. Our mission is to maximize the return on digital marketing investments through scalable automation & intelligent optimization, delivering relevant & engaging experiences to customers while driving profitable growth. Youll work with product managers, engineers, & data scientists in an agile, collaborative environment to build innovative data products that drive measurable impact.

What Youll Do

• Analyze & Optimize: Explore product performance & user behavior data to identify growth opportunities.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align data-driven insights with business objectives.
• Drive Decision-Making: Establish KPI frameworks, hypothesis tests, & data observability monitoring to track product success.
• Build & Improve: Design & enhance reporting interfaces, dashboards, & data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Communicate Impact: Translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for both technical & non-technical audiences.
• Guide Product Strategy: Help shape & evolve our advertising technology stack by leveraging data-driven insights.
  
  

What Youll Bring

• Extensive experience in applied analytics, ideally in advertising technology & programmatic advertising (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end data products in cross-functional teams.
• Strong SQL skills for data exploration, analysis, & visualization.
• Proficiency in Python for analytical tasks & experimentation.
• Deep understanding of hypothesis testing/experimentation, & KPI measurement.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) to create compelling narratives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams & communicate insights effectively.
