Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to increase our data & revenue KPIs on a portfolio of multiple B2C products. As a PM, Youll work closely with our Engineering, Design, Marketing, & product managers teams to define experiments & use the results to accelerate the growth of our B2C products.

This role will report to Senior Director of Product, B2C. 

So, what will you be doing all day?

• Deeply understand our customers, their needs, & the broader market & competitors through continuous research & interviews
• Plan, prioritize & execute highly impactful product features to realize the product vision. Ensure high team velocity & the most effective use of team resources
• Drive the product development process end-to-end from discovery, through definition & design, to development & deployment
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary development team - data scientists, big data engineers, full-stack developers - product designers, product marketers, & various business stakeholders
• Monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect user feedback & iterate on features to achieve product goals 

This is the perfect job for someone who:

• A BSc in industrial engineering, computer science, system engineering or a significant equivalent experience - a strong basis for modeled thinking
• At least 5 years of experience as a hands-on Product Manager
• Highly data driven, & experimentation-orientated. Strong product analytics skills & data oriented thinking. Experienced in running A/B tests & using data to improve a product.
• Proven experience & passion for building & optimizing great products with multiple successful product launches. Experience building both B2C and  B2B products- a strong advantage
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments - an advantage; experience in mobile & online communities- boom!
• Superb collaboration & communication skills, ready to work with & align many stakeholders across the organization, & partner closely with both R&D & product design; comfortable working with ambiguity.
• An excellent team player with a can-do attitude. Hands-on mentality - a must!
