As a Senior Technology TA Partner on the Taboola Talent Acquisition team in our Tel Aviv Office, youll play a vital role in hiring for top Tech positions that drives Taboolas technology & business success while building trusted partnerships with hiring managers to shape our future teams.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, directly impact our Tech Org growth, & act as a strategic partner to the business ensuring we hire exceptional people who advance our mission & culture.
To thrive in this role, youll need:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences

5+ years of in-house recruitment experience for technical positions within a global company

Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently

Strong sourcing skills with creative talent engagement approaches

Fluent English & excellent communication skills
