The role

As Influencer Marketing Assistant (intern) for Australia & New Zealand you will be responsible for supporting the manager of one of our largest customer acquisition channels. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the influencer marketing landscape in Australia & New Zealand, commercially minded & wanting to start their career in the Growth Marketing industry.

What youll do

• Support the Manager by identifying & reaching out to suitable influencers & talent agencies to work across the HelloFresh Group 
• Create briefs, approve content & own the content calendar. Develop relationships with internal & external stakeholders to ensure scheduling live dates are met. 
• Assist with weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting & budgeting to ensure we reach our conversion & ROI targets 
• Work closely with the finance team to complete the end-to-end invoicing process Be part of a broader Growth Partnerships team looking for ways to collaborate with other growth channels & campaigns
• Contribute to a positive & high energy team culture

What youll bring

• Currently studying or newly graduated with a Marketing or Communications degree Experienced user of all social media platforms where influencers operate (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Twitch, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.)
• Immersed in the social media & influencer world, where you are on top of the latest trends & aware of key influencers in the industry
• Must be proficient in Excel, Gmail & Slack
• Creative & able to direct influencers to create engaging & standout content
• A fantastic relationship builder, as well as a contributor to a positive, high energy culture
• Organized & methodical at planning, executing on & reporting on a large volume of campaigns - using tools, trackers & dashboards to help yourself
• A fast learner & researcher to keep up to date with the local influencer marketing landscape
• Able to thrive in a fast paced & dynamic environment
• Proactive & motivated with a continuous improvement mindset as you suggest tools & process changes to make the channel more efficient & effective
